ONE HULL OF A BIG CRUISE SHIP: Officials gather at the Meyer Turku Shipyard in Finland on Tuesday for a keel-laying ceremony marking the start of hull assembly of Carnival Cruise Line’s newest and most innovative cruise ship, the Mardi Gras, which will homeport at Port Canaveral’s new Cruise Terminal 3 starting in October 2020.
