How to douche with a water bottle: Use a sealed bottle of room-temperature water. Cold water may cause cramping. Attach a clean, soft-tip nozzle. Apply lube to the tip to prevent scratching or tearing. Relax and take a few deep breaths. Gently squeeze a small amount of water into the rectum. Never use the whole bottle at once. Hold the water for five to ten seconds. Sit on the toilet and let it out. Keep the attachment clean and stored in a Ziploc bag when you’re on the go. #doctor #sexualhealth
